Predictive Modeling
Through our 5-step predictive modeling approach, SIGMA will statistically predict which customers are most likely to perform a certain behavior. The outcome of the analytical exercise is a “score” — the higher the score, the more likely a prospect is to take the requested action. Models also come in numerous shapes and sizes and focus on specific applications, such as, customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell, channel optimization, or incentive optimization. Using predictive modeling, we can help our clients identify the 20% of the target audience that will yield at least 80% of their profits.
