Kenyon Blunt

Kenyon Blunt is Chief Executive Officer of SIGMA Marketing Group. Prior to joining SIGMA, Kenyon founded and managed two companies, eLocal Marketing and Bullseye Database Marketing. During his 13 years at Bullseye, he pioneered many innovations in database marketing, including customer matrix cross-selling, new customer development programs, early warning defection models, lifetime value analysis and inquiry conversion programs.

Kenyon sold Bullseye in 2001 and decided to use his direct marketing background in the new frontier of Internet marketing. He founded eLocal Marketing in 2006 to do local search marketing and permission email. Prior to this, he worked on mergers and acquisitions of small companies where he personally completed transactions for 30 companies.

Kenyon earned his MBA and BA from the University of Kansas. He is also on the Board of Advisors for the Kansas University School of Business.

Jaime Sanchez

Jaime Sanchez is SIGMA’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all operations and financial aspects of the company. In this role, he oversees SIGMA’s client delivery, finance, human resources, and facilities departments. Prior to joining SIGMA, Jaime worked for Concentrix Corporation as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has also held senior financial positions at Sutherland Global Services, Nextera Enterprises, Inc., and Symmetrix, and has over 17 years of corporate accounting and management experience. His industry experience includes biotechnology, healthcare, high-tech consulting, business process outsourcing, and direct marketing.

Jaime has a BS/BA with dual concentration in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Financial Executives International (FEI) and Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Kyle Milko

Kyle Milko joined SIGMA Marketing Group in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of Client Services. He brings over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, account management, program execution and process optimization to his position. He oversees a team responsible for several business-to-consumer and business-to-business clients, including Avaya, Trend Micro and MVP Preferred Care.

Prior to joining SIGMA, Kyle served as Vice President of National Accounts for Concentrix Corporation, working with financial services, transportation, software and publishing industry clients. He was also a founding partner of a business intelligence firm. In each of these positions, Kyle’s ability to work closely with clients and prospects to identify, develop and implement comprehensive marketing solutions enabled him to grow current and new business and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University.

Jim Dellavilla

Jim Dellavilla joined SIGMA Marketing Group in 1996 as the Client Team Leader for several financial services accounts. During his time at SIGMA, Jim has worked with more than 50 national clients, including Nationwide Insurance, The GM Card and Citizens Bank, focusing on acquisition, retention and cross-sell programs. Currently, he serves as executive vice president.

Prior to SIGMA, Jim spent 10 years at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he developed the Direct Response Group while serving as Direct Marketing Manager, supporting all product areas for consumer and business programs. Before Chase, Jim worked at Computer Marketing Services, a subsidiary of Saatchi & Saatchi.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Siena College. Jim is a member of the Upstate New York Direct Marketing Association and previously served as the group’s president. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Webster Youth Sports Council.

Martha Bush

As Senior Vice President, Strategy and Marketing at SIGMA Marketing Group, Martha Bush uses her 30 years’ experience in database marketing to grow SIGMA’s business with new client acquisitions such as Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group and Arrow Enterprise Computing Systems.

During the course of her career, Martha has worked directly with over 80 national clients, helping them build profitable one-to-one marketing strategies. Before joining SIGMA, Martha was the Senior VP and Director of Ingalls Direct, and earlier was Vice President of Direct Marketing for Goldome Bank. She also held Media Director positions at Rapp & Collins and McCann Direct.

Martha has enjoyed board membership for the Rochester Ad Council, Memorial Art Gallery, Western NY Landmark Society, and Rochester’s public broadcasting organization, WXXI. Martha holds a bachelor’s degree in American history from Wesleyan University and has written two local histories.

Paul Raca

As Vice President of Strategic Targeting at SIGMA Marketing Group, Paul Raca oversees all marketing analytics and predictive modeling projects for SIGMA’s clients, leading a team with an unparalleled ability to bring unique marketing solutions to market.

Paul has more than 20 years of experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. His expertise is founded in the financial services industry but has carried over to business-to-business applications and consumer markets in the past seven years. His work has been published in Housing Economics and Marketing journals, and he has presented a number of times at national Direct Marketing Association conferences.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Chicago and a master’s degree in Applied Statistics from George Mason University.

Chris Dewey

Chris Dewey is Vice President and CIO of SIGMA Marketing Group. He brings over 20 years of data warehousing, application development and campaign management experience to the position. As CIO, he oversees 25 developers and systems administrators and is responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic goals, policies and procedures for SIGMA’s Information Technology Department.

Chris joined SIGMA in 2000 as a solutions developer on the Key Bank team. He has also served as a programmer/analyst on the Xerox team and as Director of IT Solutions. Prior to joining SIGMA, Chris was principal architect of an MRP system serving the post-press bindery and finishing industry.

Chris attended SUNY Brockport and majored in Computer Science. He is a member of IEEE and serves on the advisory board of the Monroe Community College School of Technical Education.

Jason Lodice

Jason Lodice is the Director of Application Development at SIGMA. He oversees a professional team that designs and builds technology solutions to create competitive advantages for sales and marketing organizations. The application development team researches and applies the latest tools and techniques in data hygiene, data warehousing, business intelligence, marketing automation, and campaign management.

Jason brings over 11 years’ experience in enterprise class software development, most recently as a principal architect and development lead at Xerox Global Services, building job optimization software for production print shops based on lean manufacturing concepts. Prior to Xerox Jason held various application development leadership roles at MMA Financial and ACS where he built mission critical systems to support real estate asset management, loan origination and servicing, and private equity fund administration.

Jason graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology, where he studied Computer Engineering and Information Technology.

Barbara Coté

With over 20 years of advertising and direct marketing experience, Barbara Coté serves as SIGMA’s Creative Director. She is responsible for developing strategic marketing messaging based on insights derived from SIGMA’s analytics, and overseeing production for all forms of media, from print to TV and radio. While at SIGMA she has created multi-channel marketing solutions for more than 30 different clients.

Barb has been a speaker at conferences for the Direct Marketing Association, and for the Rochester Chapter of the American Marketing Association. She has taught as an adjunct professor at RIT and Nazareth College, and serves on the board of the Rochester Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

Prior to SIGMA, Barb worked as an art director and freelance illustrator. Barb graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Illustration.

SIGMA has received recognition for Barb’s creative work from The Admissions Advertising Marketing Association, Procter & Gamble, Summit Creative Awards, The Service Industry Advertising Association, UNYDMA, The Web Marketing Association and Xerox.

Gidgett Ingalls

A human resources professional with 15 years of experience, Gidgett Ingalls joined SIGMA Marketing Group in January 2009 as Human Resources Director.

She has a thorough understanding of all aspects of Human Resources, with significant experience in the areas of talent management, performance management, compensation, employee development, employee relations, HR Metrics, succession planning, employee orientation, training, and recognition programs. Her communications and project management capabilities, combined with her commitment to teamwork, have enabled Gidgett to develop programs that have improved employee engagement which directly correlates with high performance organizations and business success.

Gidgett holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Human Resources Association (NHRA).
