SIGMA/Xerox sessions to focus on optimizing customer communications
February 22, 2006, Rochester, NY — “Turning Every Customer Contact Into A One-To-One Selling Opportunity” will be the topic of two upcoming talks co-presented by SIGMA Marketing Group and Xerox Corporation.
The sessions, to be held at the Rochester Chapter of the American Marketing Association (RAMA) annual luncheon in Rochester, NY on March 21, and at The Direct Marketing to Business (DMB) Conference, on April 20 in Orlando, FL, will focus on how companies can transform routine communications into customer-specific marketing that maximizes messaging opportunities and optimizes the potential of customer communications.
SIGMA Marketing Group’s Creative Director, Barbara Coté, and Donna Ford, Xerox Account Relationship Manager for SIGMA, will join Michael Guerin of Xerox North American Operations Group as principal presenters at the sessions. The group will discuss how SIGMA and Xerox recently joined forces to convert thousands of mundane communications into creative, one-to-one selling opportunities that tripled their expected results. In addition, the group will offer insights into the tools needed for success in this area, including the creation of a message matrix, development of business rules and the utilization of print-on-demand capabilities.
