Applications Developer

General Description:
Use .NET, Java, SQL and/or web-based programming skills to develop database applications. Must be capable of developing complex programs and reports. Develop estimates for development and enhancement work. Analyze and document business requirements. Design, code, test, and document programs according to standards to meet business requirements. Resolve complex problems. Provide technical and functional solutions and advice to team members, managers, and end users.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and manage database and web applications.
• Implement business-critical internal applications.
• Deliver partner-facing web applications.
• Perform key portions of the system development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, documenting, installing, and maintaining custom applications.
• Create custom reports and forms using reporting tools.

Skills/Job Requirements:

Database Developer

General Description:
Provide database development and troubleshooting multiple IT projects. Must have an in-depth understanding of all aspects of database technology.

Responsibilities:
• Support all database and data processing activities associated with performing marketing analysis.
• Design and develop marketing data marts for analytic purposes.
• Design, develop and implement complex database systems, programs and applications.
• Work with users to identify and develop system requirements, taking into account desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements.
• Development and maintenance of database systems to extract, cleanse, transform, load and maintain data.
• Ensure that all database systems meet business and performance requirements.
• Provide database development support to data services team.

SQL Developer

General Description:
SQL Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of SQL applications.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Build and maintain DTS and/or SSIS packages.
• Build and maintain production SQL jobs.
• Build and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis and data extract.

Senior Technical Project Manager

General Description:
The Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) will hold a critical role as he/she will develop project plans, allocate resources and manage the tasks, schedule and budget for multiple database development and marketing application projects. He/she will be responsible for staff growth, planning and management and ensure that proper project management, development and change control process are followed, as well as develop and maintain requirements, product specification, code and other project documentation. The Senior TPM will manage other project managers and a variety of IT staff on a number of projects to ensure their successful completion. Successful candidates must be able to see the big picture and be involved in the many details of the projects. He/she must be extremely comfortable working with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization. Motivating team members and communicating expectations to project members is crucial to project success.

Specific Responsibilities: IT Solutions
• Participate as a principle architect in the design and building of Microsoft and Oracle relational databases for OLTP and/or OLAP use cases.
• Oversee the development of new marketing applications using ASP, ASP.NET, VBScript or Jscript, Visual Basic, or other third/fourth generation programming languages.
• Oversee the development of queries and stored procedures to automate data operations.
• Author/maintain program code and documentation and oversee the documentation and archival process.
• Assist in ongoing production support.
• Modify/develop data access processes in accordance with team policies, procedures and security standards.

Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Determine appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods for addressing clients’ marketing challenges.
• Evaluate the productivity and profitability of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements:

Account Relationship Leader

Position Summary:
• Provide strategic and tactical direction to both the client(s) and the internal SIGMA teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the various client marketing managers and the internal SIGMA Expert teams for opportunity identification and project requirements.
• Responsible for managing a team of direct marketing professionals in the database, strategic and tactical execution of marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for maintaining and growing the client relationship(s) with as many as 5 client marketing managers.
• Responsible for maintaining and reporting on specific client-related SIGMA business metrics (revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, etc).
• Stay current in the clients’ industry trends and events.

Preferred Experience/Behavior:
• Experience developing and managing direct marketing programs in the financial services industry vertical.
• Experience developing strategy and working closely with clients and internal groups to identify opportunities and project requirements.
• Experience working with multiple clients/project requestor situations.
• Experience growing client relationship(s) and in planning/monitoring of client initiatives.

Account Manager

Position Summary:
• Responsible for marketing program planning/execution and for contributing to continued client development.
• Serve as primary tactical contact with client, internal resources and vendors for project, planning implementation and management.  
• Effectively manage, prioritize client activities and work with other team member to schedule team resources to meet client timelines.
• Ability to provide successful project management in the areas of campaign targeting, file development, response and lead management, and campaign reporting for mail, email, and telemarketing initiatives.
• Assist in response management activities as needed, including, but not limited to, response entry, lead review, press/print checks, etc.
