                    <strong>Stefan Willimann</strong><br>
                    Chief Executive Officer<br><br>
       Stefan joined SIGMA as CEO in January 2013 – bringing deep expertise in integrated marketing across traditional and digital platforms to lead SIGMA's team of data scientists. A proven innovator in media and digital, Stefan helps clients make sense of Big Data by delivering analytical insights that can transform their marketing and their organizations.

With a career focused on real time, data-driven consumer engagement through ad-supported marketing and content, Stefan is one of 22 noted experts in the 2010 book by Lauren Darr, <i>Emerging Media Trends</i>.
<br><br>
As Executive Director of Interactive for 13 websites and three daily newspaper brands owned by Maine Today Media, Stefan was at the forefront of developing new revenue models in the rapidly changing publishing industry. As Vice President, Strategic Sales and Marketing at CBS Broadcasting in New York City, Stefan worked to help major brands take advantage of the digital shift. He built strategic partnerships between marketers and thought leaders to create unique, revenue-generating campaigns for major brand advertisers across multiple CBS-owned platforms.

Stefan is a successful speaker and presenter at industry functions and a member of many industry social networks. He holds a bachelor's degree from Tulane University, New Orleans.

        <strong>Michelle Tahara </strong><br>
        Director, Finance & Business Operations<br><br>
        Michelle leverages over 20 years of successful management of finance, business operations and leadership to help guide SIGMA. She has held such roles for other organizations such as Sutherland Global Service and Catalyst over the last 10 years.<br><br>
She leads all aspects of SIGMA’s efforts as it relates to financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, account receivables, accounts payables, analysis and monthly reporting. In addition to her financial responsibilities, she oversees human resources, facilities, and other operational aspects of the business. Michelle is a key member of the leadership team and helps drives the direction of SIGMA.<br><br>
When she’s not helping to lead SIGMA, she’ll be on the sidelines of a football, soccer and lacrosse field as a proud mom of her son and daughter, who are both in high school. She is an active volunteer for the Hilton high school athletic program and former coach of the Pop Warner cheerleading program. Michelle holds a degree from Niagara College in Accounting.

        <strong>Paul Raca</strong><br>
        EVP, Data Science<br><br>
        Paul oversees all marketing analytics and database solutions for SIGMA’s clients. Paul has more than 25 years of experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling and leading technology teams.  His expertise was founded in the financial services industry working as a Senior Economist for Freddie Mac, but has carried over to business-to-business applications and consumer markets in the past 15 years. His work has been published in Housing Economics and Marketing journals, and he has presented a number of times at national Direct Marketing Association conferences.  Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Chicago and a master’s degree in Applied Statistics from George Mason University.

        <strong>Frank Sanseri</strong><br>
        Director of Information Technology<br><br>
        As Director of Information Technology, Frank is responsible for the IT infrastructure backbone that keeps SIGMA running, and leads the team that develops and maintains SIGMA's robust application and database framework. A dynamic IT professional with 18 years in IT management and hands-on leadership, Frank has a portfolio that includes business and IT strategy, data analysis and application development, and enterprise project management. Prior to his time at SIGMA, Frank led an international systems team for Global Crossing, developing enterprise staffing applications and designing corporate intranet and internet presences, and then went on to lead a large web technology/web development team at Paychex, where he was chief designer of both their corporate intranet and internal communications platform. Frank studied English and Theater at SUNY Brockport, but found his true calling in the nuts and bolts of IT.

<strong>In his spare time:</strong> Frank is a working Rochester musician, and you can occasionally find him exercising his love of theater in local stage productions.  You might even spot him in bit parts from some Hollywood films produced in the mid 90's.

        <strong>Gregg Sullivan </strong><br>
        SVP, Account Services<br><br>
        Gregg brings over twenty five years of successful business leadership and management of sales, marketing, and operations to SIGMA.  He has held leadership roles for such companies as Cenveo, SPI Global and Protocol Integrated Marketing over the last 12 years. Prior to those engagements, he was with Boston area marketing firms such as CPS Direct, Dickinson Direct (acquired by Protocol) and WA Wilde.
        <br><br>He will drive SIGMA’s efforts to expand into new markets and leverage the strong background in database analytics and insights with a focus on digital and integrated initiatives. Sullivan states, “Today’s content marketing, and even further ‘Inbound’ marketing, are based on the database marketing principles developed years ago… know what drives your audience…deliver relevant information at the right time to the right individual or company.” A key area for him will be helping clients with developing data strategies to solve business issues. He has worked with such clients as Ancestry.com, Farmers Insurance, Jo-Ann Stores, Reebok, Bank of America, Hewlett Packard, New York Times and Blue Cross Blue Shield association to name a few.
<br><br>Gregg is an active member and has been on the boards of such industry associations as Outsell Institute, the Direct Marketing Association, New England Direct Marketing Association, Ad Club of Boston to name a few. He served as the youngest President of the New England Direct Marketing Association at the age of 27. Gregg holds a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. He is a guest lecturer at numerous conferences and trade shows in the US as well as Europe.

        <strong>Ruth Altpeter </strong><br>
        Senior Account Director<br><br>
        Ruth has been with SIGMA for over 15 years and has managed SIGMA's relationships with some of our largest, key accounts such as GM, Dollar/Thrifty Automotive Group and Xerox.  She has focused her entire career in the database and digital area, helping clients get the most from their data in the marketing and sales arenas. Ruth’s experience with both B2B and B2C clients has allowed her to have a real understanding of the marketing challenges unique to each segment and how to develop strategies to overcome them. <br><br>
        Ruth lives in the city of Rochester and somehow manages her team at SIGMA AND the sports schedules of her three sons and husband, John. She is a graduate of LeMoyne College.

        <strong>Susan Eichorn </strong><br>
        Sue has over 20 years’ experience in database and direct marketing, and is currently an Account Director at SIGMA. She has worked with banking, financial and insurance clients to develop marketing strategies and solutions for both business and consumer customers, and has managed and executed database and direct marketing programs.  Sue has led marketing operations and project management on many, many large, complex financial services clients.

        <strong>Melissa Beedham </strong><br>
        Account Director<br><br>
        Over the past fifteen years Melissa (aka Mel) has been enthralled with marketing and the data aspect of marketing. Her goal is to learn what’s available, organize it and understand the power of the data!  Providing the learnings and insights back to the client is the frosting on the cake.<br><br>   Mel leads our client relationships in the Agrichemical and B2B arenas. Her strong account team ethic allows her to focus not only on her role but to bring everyone together to support her clients - you may often hear her say there is no “I” in TEAM.
        <br><br>
     As a member of NAMA (National Agri-Marketing Association) she is involved with attending educational workshops and tradeshows in the Ag arena.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Fredonia and is working on her Masters in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College.
