Jim Dellavilla, EVP Client Services
Jim joined SIGMA Marketing Group in 1996 as the Client Team Leader for several financial services accounts. During his time at SIGMA, Jim has worked with more than 50 national clients, including Nationwide Insurance, The GM Card and Citizens Bank, focusing on acquisition, retention and cross-sell programs. Currently, he serves as executive vice president.
Prior to SIGMA, Jim spent 10 years at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he developed the Direct Response Group while serving as Direct Marketing Manager, supporting all product areas for consumer and business programs. Before Chase, Jim was with Computer Marketing Services, a subsidiary of Saatchi & Saatchi.
Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Siena College. Jim is a member of the Upstate New York Direct Marketing Association and previously served as the group’s president. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Webster Youth Sports Council.
